Part of a Religion is a new Argentine comedy miniseries directed by Lucía Valdemoros. With Santiago Gobernori and Mariano Rosales as scriptwriters, the plot of the three-episode series is guided by a line of humor similar to those of Cualca, focusing on everyday situations in search of the particular. The story follows Julián (Doregger), a priest who works in Catamarca, who reunites with his brother Santiago (Gobernori) after the death of his father. To make up for lost time, they decide to have a barbecue at the weekend house lent to them by an uncle of Male (Medici), Santiago's partner. At that lunch they will receive a visit from other characters: Nico (García Humme) and Alan (Sabbagh), two theater actors; Lucho (Julián Lucero) and Vale (Lois), a childhood friend and his half-sister, with whom he has a very fraternal bond; and Mariano (Rosales), a delivery man that no one asked for and ends up being invited to the meeting. With the barbecue ritual as a trigger, the conflicts and links between the main characters will be woven around certain themes, deep or banal, but which end up being contemplated with the same importance and intensity. Thus, topics such as religion, extraterrestrial life, couples, love between siblings, whether a vasectomy hurts, what the death of a father leaves behind and where it is best to keep a snack: on the counter or in the refrigerator.

Parte de una religión es una nueva miniserie de comedia argentina dirigida por Lucía Valdemoros. Con Santiago Gobernori y Mariano Rosales como guionistas, la trama de la serie de tres episodios está guiada por una línea de humor similar a las de Cualca, centrándose en situaciones cotidianas en busca de lo particular. La historia sigue a Julián (Doregger), un sacerdote que trabaja en Catamarca, quien se reencuentra con su hermano Santiago (Gobernori) tras la muerte de su padre. Para recuperar el tiempo perdido, deciden hacer un asado en la casa de fin de semana que les presta un tío de Male (Medici), la pareja de Santiago. En ese almuerzo recibirán la visita de otros personajes: Nico (García Humme) y Alan (Sabbagh), dos actores de teatro; Lucho (Julián Lucero) y Vale (Lois), un amigo de la infancia y su media hermana, con quien tiene un vínculo muy fraternal; y Mariano (Rosales), un repartidor al que nadie pidió y termina siendo invitado al encuentro. Con el ritual de la barbacoa como detonante, los conflictos y vínculos entre los personajes principales se irán tejiendo en torno a ciertos temas, profundos o banales, pero que acaban siendo contemplados con la misma importancia e intensidad. Así, se tratan temas como la religión, la vida extraterrestre, las parejas, el amor entre hermanos, si duele una vasectomía, qué deja tras de sí la muerte de un padre y dónde es mejor guardar un tentempié: en la encimera o en la nevera.
